2Description of Service

AutomateClass is a voice agentic platform for teachers and coaching centers. It provides tools for managing batches, students, attendance, assessments, payments, curriculum, and related educational activities.

3User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Teachers manage their batches and students. Students and parents access content as permitted by their teachers. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4Acceptable Use

You agree to use AutomateClass only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Share your account or credentials with others
• Upload content that violates copyright or is harmful
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view

5Fees and Payments

Teachers may set fees for their batches. Payment terms are between teachers and students/parents. AutomateClass facilitates tracking but is not responsible for payment disputes.

6Limitation of Liability

AutomateClass is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.
